Reflexiones en torno a la guía de práctica clínica en fibrilación auricular

Resumen


El amplio espectro clínico de la fibrilación auricular dificulta la estandarización de las recomendaciones para su diagnóstico, tratamiento y pronóstico, y favorece interpretaciones no siempre adecuadas de las mismas, por lo que se harán algunas reflexiones clínicas en torno a las recomendaciones hechas en las guías de prácticas clínicas publicadas en esta misma revista, que ayuden al médico no especialista a ponerlas en un contexto clínico cotidiano.
