Tratamiento en el primer nivel del síndrome de Klippel-Feil

Resumen


Se informa sobre una niña con características físicas compatibles con síndrome de Klippel-Feil. Se describe la forma como fue diagnosticada y tratada en el primer nivel de atención, así como el diagnóstico diferencial con las principales anomalías asociadas: malformaciones renales, cardiovasculares, audiológicas y músculo-esqueléticas; así como el desenlace de la rehabilitación física.
