I have enjoyed the controversy and clarifications, both linguistic and medical, that Manuel Ramiro and Fernando A. Navarro made so elegantly, and so I am pleased to congratulate them. Moreover, this confirms the importance of the "Correspondence" section in magazines and supports the decision to use it as a citation. At the same time, I recognize the courageous and diligent work as editor of our Medical Journal.
