Comment on article “Improvement of radiodiagnostic congruence in the first level of care”

The implementation of a strategy to verify the radiodiagnostic consistency may help decrease the number of radiological studies requested and improve their consistency. The study that triggered this commentary shows that the radiodiagnostic consistency increased from 73.4% to 81.9% when using a strategy. This letter is intended to request the authors of the study, the details of the strategy and data to calculate 95% confidence intervals. This data will help us to further appreciate the value of the study.
