Abstract

The development of health public politics is not easy and requires a long time to be established and evaluated the most of the times. There are a lot of determiners that influence on results. An example is the rule that is looking for identification of non palpable lesions in breast through the practicing a mammography with the goal of decreasing mortality on a health problem in Mexico and worldwide: breast cancer.
