Abstract

There is little population-based information on rheumatic diseases in our country, including rheumatoid arthritis, despite it being the second most prevalent disease in Rheumatology. Given the importance of these data, we decided to conduct a systematic comparison with cohorts of rheumatoid arthritis patients from other countries, based on the epidemiological profile of the Mexican population described in the article.
