In connection with a comment about the article "Systemic loxoscelism presented in a pregnant woman" (Diaz de Leon-Ponce MA. Comentarios al artículo “Loxoscelismo sistémico en una mujer embarazada”. Rev Med Inst Mex Seguro Soc. 2014;52(4):367-8), twice Dr. Ernesto Mácatela Ruiz (p. 367), and Dr. Mácatela (p. 368) is mentioned; however, his first surname is Macotela.
