Abstract
Medical knowledge that integrates clinical research into everyday medical practice immediately enhances the quality of care. The process of generating medical knowledge involves four key steps: formulating a question based on medical practice, analyzing the existing knowledge published in specialized literature, developing a research protocol, and publishing the results. It is essential to promote decision-making based on clinical research in order to support the development of strategies that improve the quality of care.
