Abstract
I have enjoyed the debate and the clarifications—both linguistic and medical—elegantly presented by Manuel Ramiro and Fernando A. Navarro, and I am pleased to congratulate them. Moreover, this reaffirms the importance of the "Correspondence" section in journals and supports the decision to consider it as a bibliographic citation. I would also like to acknowledge the diligent and meticulous work of our Medical Journal’s editor.
